Former Anambra State Governor and 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi , has once again voiced deep concern over Nigeria’s mounting national debt, warning that the country is edging dangerously toward a financial cliff . Obi, known for his consistent advocacy for transparency and fiscal responsibility, criticized the recent approval of massive foreign loans by the National Assembly—reportedly amounting to over $21 billion , €2.2 billion , and ¥15 billion . He emphasized that the current debt trend under the Tinubu administration is unsustainable and could leave future generations burdened with unpayable obligations. ๐Ÿ’” Davido Pays Emotional Tribute to Late Son Ifeanyi on Instagram

Nigerian music superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, recently moved fans to tears with a deeply emotional post on Instagram, remembering his late son Ifeanyi Adeleke, who tragically passed away in 2022.

In the touching tribute, Davido described Ifeanyi as a "legend" and shared a heartfelt message that reflected both pain and enduring love. He wrote, "There’s no pain deeper than losing a child. You’ll forever be in my heart, Ify. I love you, my son, my angel." The post was accompanied by a photo of little Ifeanyi, smiling innocently — a powerful reminder of the young life lost far too soon.

The tribute marked what would have been Ifeanyi's fourth birthday. Thousands of fans, celebrities, and followers flooded the comments with messages of sympathy, prayers, and encouragement. Fellow entertainers like Tiwa Savage, Patoranking, and Kizz Daniel also showed their support with emotional replies and emojis of heartbreak and doves.

This isn't the first time Davido has expressed his grief publicly. Following a period of silence after Ifeanyi’s tragic drowning incident in 2022, the singer returned to the spotlight with his album Timeless, which many believe was partly a therapeutic release for him.

Despite the immense loss, Davido has managed to maintain his musical career while also growing personally. He and his longtime partner Chioma Avril Rowland have since welcomed twins in 2023, which Davido has described as a sign of divine comfort.

Davido’s strength in vulnerability continues to inspire many. His ability to openly share such a personal sorrow speaks volumes about the depth of his humanity — reminding fans that even the biggest stars carry private pain behind the glitz and glamour.
