“Thank God for my life because maybe I would have been a victim. We belong to the same group on Telegram and he posted that he is doing karaoke or something. That he is a gospel artist.

“I was interested in singing because I sing. I went to his DM (Direct Message box) and I said I will be interested in the karaoke, and he sent me an address and invited me to come over to Orozo.

“Thank God for my life because I told my sister and she kept telling me to go, let us go. He kept calling me. He was calling me every day.

“Here is a screenshot of the chat. The short one I made on WhatsApp. He even sent a message to me on WhatsApp. He told me to come to his place, that he is going to make arrangements for me.

“Thank God for my life. My mind was not just going, and thank God for work. I was really busy with work and I could not go, if not, I would have been a victim of this. He kept calling, asking ‘where are you?’”

According to the WhatsApp chat, she was directed to “Get to Nyanya, then enter Keke to Arab Junction Orozo, then call me when you get to Arab.”

The chat further read, “Karaoke starts from 7pm. Will you be staying till the next day? You can still the next day and go to work from here. You just need to plan.”

SaharaReporters had revealed that the upsetting occurrence happened in Orozo, Abuja, where the gospel vocalist Ajayi was secured by churchgoers during a help.

He was found with a sack containing the cut off top of a lady he distinguished as his better half.

As per Umaru Caleb, a congregation part who shared the occurrence on Facebook, the suspect was caught during a Sunday administration.
